Showtime draws near for the girls
Saturday, 11 October 2008 08:30
The girls only have a short time now before they compete against each other.

Rachel and Vincent's rehearsal is a tale of two halves. At first they seemed laboured and frustrated, but by the end of the session things improved and Vincent was extremely pleased with Rachel's progress.

This positive turn of events meant Rachel was keen to go through the routine again and again - dragging an exhausted Vincent to the dance floor for more.

Brian has been encouraging Heather to be more confident and it seems to be working - at one point even saying that he saw a new Heather today. Later Heather revealed that in the beginning she felt that learning the Quickstep was like climbing Everest, but she now feels confident and is looking forward to Saturday!

Lisa and Brendan's positive week of training continues and they enjoyed a fun-packed session. However at one point Lisa performed a spin thinking Brendan was there to hold her when he actually wasn't - she stumbled and very nearly fell over.
