Len Goodman has revealed that his mum tells him off when he criticises the Strictly Come Dancing contestants. The show's head judge told the Radio Times that his mum is his biggest critic and often disagrees with him. "She once phoned me six times when I was critical of someone and said 'How could you have been so nasty?' "If she disagrees with me she tells me off as if I'm still her baby, even though I'm 64, which makes me laugh!" he said. Len said that his 91-year-old mum gets particularly angry when he criticises John Sergeant. Despite his mum's opinion, Len reckons he is the nicest of all four judges and said that he hopes he is "the most friendly of the judges". Len believes that this series of Strictly Come Dancing is "up there with the best" and praised the line up, saying there is a "lovely mix of people". Source
