Delegates of the 43 competing countries will descend on the Beogradska Arena in Belgrade, Serbia, in just a few weeks' time for the 53rd Eurovision Song Contest.
And for the first year in Eurovision history there will be two semi-finals to whittle the record numbers of entrants down to the more manageable 25 to do battle in the Grand Final on Saturday, 24 May.
You chose Andy Abraham and his song Even If as the United Kingdom's entry in the Eurovision: Your Decision live show on BBC One in March, and the X Factor runner-up is hoping to beat Scooch's rather lowly performance for the UK last year, when they finished joint 22nd out of 24.
Serbia's triumph in 2007, their first year competing as an independent republic, when Marija Šerifović netted a whopping 298 points with her song Molitva, won them the right to host this year's musical extravaganza.
Both Serbia and the UK, as well fellow European Broadcasting Union members Germany, Spain, France, have guaranteed places in the final. Only the remaining 38 countries compete in the Semi-Finals held on 20 and 22 May at the Beogradska Arena.
