Strictly Come Dancing love cheat Mark Ramprakash is back with his wife Vandana. The former England cricket star and Vandana split up at Christmas over his two-year affair with single mum Sadia Saleem. But now Vandana has decided to give him another chance."Yes, Mark is back home again," she said. "He is still the man I fell in love with. We've had a lot of strain put on our relationship, but trying to work through it." Mum-of-two Vandana, 37, was devastated when Ramprakash confessed to his secret affair with 27-year-old Sadia just over a year ago. He met Sadia in a Cardiff bar when he was playing for Middlesex, in 2000. He admitted he was married, but the pair became close. Three years later they met again and had an affair which ended shortly before he appeared on Strictly Come Dancing. Once Vandana found out about the affair she and Ramprakash tried to battle through their problems but finally announced they were separating in December. Yet Vandana has now let him return to their £1million home in North-West London. Ramps, 38, who won the hit BBC1 dance show in 2006, was full of remorse about the affair with Sadia. "I am distraught at the grief I have caused my wife," he said at the time. The cricketer and petite Vandana first fell for each other at a chance meeting 19 years ago in London. They married three years later and have two daughters, 10-year-old Cara and Anya, five. Ramprakash's agent confirmed the the couple were back together and trying to make their marriage work. Source |
