They're the women who put the sex factor into Saturday night. Not only do they get to rumba with their hunky celebrity partners in Strictly Come Dancing, but they look fabulous doing it.

Here, the three remaining professional dancers - Camilla Dallerup, Flavia Cacace and Ola Jordan - reveal their diet and beauty tips...

Ola Jordan

Age:25

Height:5ft 3in

Size: 8

Partner: Kenny Logan

Do you gain weight easily?

Yes, and I have to really watch what I eat. I"m burning a lot off at the moment, training for eight hours a day, but when Strictly ends I'm not dancing for nearly as many hours and I have to be very careful.

What are your top tips for staying in shape?

Dance, dance, dance. It shapes your body in the most amazing way. It does things that you could never achieve by just going to the gym. I took a break from dancing for two or three years and my body was totally different.

What's your normal beauty regime?

My skin is really bad at the minute, maybe because of stress. I get spots so I make sure I take every bit of make-up off at night and cleanse, tone and moisturise. I swear by Vichy face products and Mac and Bobbi Brown make-up.

What's your everyday diet?

I love soup but I try not to eat creamy ones. I eat a lot of veg and I love a roast dinner. I have to resist chocolate and crisps even though I adore them! And chicken kebabs are gorgeous. When I go back home to Poland, I always put weight on with my mum's cooking.

Would you ever consider plastic surgery?

Hmmm, possibly. I like my boobs at the minute but they might need a lift in a few years.

What's your favourite part of your body?

My boobs. A lot of people think I've had them done but I'm natural. They're a good shape and a nice size.

And what do you hate?

My skin. I'd love to have clear skin and not have to wear three layers of make-up to cover up my spots!

Camilla Dallerup

Age: 25

Height: 5ft 5in

Size: 8

Partner: Gethin Jones

Do you gain weight easily?

At the minute, I'm a few pounds lighter than I'd like to be but with all the training I can't get the weight on. I feel stronger when I'm a bit heavier.

What are your top tips for staying in shape?

As well as dancing I go running and swimming. It's important to find an exercise you enjoy doing.

What's your style off the dancefloor?

Jeans, Ugg boots and a sweater. Definitely no sequins. I like to go to the other extreme and relax without any make-up.

What's your normal beauty regime?

I don't smoke and rarely drink so my one indulgence is Creme de la Mer moisturiser. It's very expensive but it's worth every penny.

What's your everyday diet?

I eat little and often with a lot of fruit and veg. I snack on nuts and I drink smoothies. I eat chocolate every day, but only a bit. And I'll have a pizza or Chinese takeaway every now and again.

Would you ever consider plastic surgery?

Maybe... I don't like the idea of going under the knife but I wouldn't rule out something like Botox.

Favourite part of your body?

My legs. They're long and slim.

And what do you hate?

My boobs. I haven't got much there.

Flavia Cacace

Age: 28

Height: 5ft 2in

Size: 6

Partner: Matt Di Angelo

Do you gain weight easily?

I'm lucky. I'm so active all the time I can eat pretty much what I want and don't put on weight. Even when I'm not doing Strictly, I'm performing in shows or teaching.

What are your top tips for staying in shape?

As well as dancing, I go to the gym three times a week. I feel so much better after I've been.

What's your style off the dancefloor?

Tracksuits. I go to the gym a lot so it's practical. But I do love to dress up for a night out and make an effort.

What's your normal beauty regime?

I hardly ever wear make-up when I'm not performing. Just a bit of powder and some lipgloss. I love Origins and Decleor products, but I chop and change all the time so my skin doesn't get used to the same thing.

What's your everyday diet?

Lots of carbs. I grew up on a Mediterranean diet so I'm used to pasta, bread and potatoes. I burn it all off. I'm not into takeaways or fast food. My weakness at the minute is muffins.

Would you ever consider plastic surgery?

Never say never. I'm fine with how I look at the moment but if something starts bothering me in the future then, yes, I'd probably consider it.

Favourite part of your body?

My belly button. It's just a neat little line, clean and closed.

And what do you hate?

My feet. I don't look after them as much as I should.
