Dominic and Lilia were the fifth couple to be eliminated.

After the ups and downs of last night's show, it was time to find out who would face the dreaded dance-off and more importantly, who would be leaving the show this week.

After a brief recap of the performances, a showcase of one of next week's dances – the Viennese Waltz - and a performance of It's All About You by chart-toppers McFly it was revealed that John and Nicole, and Dominic and Lila were in the bottom two.

John and Nicole performed the Foxtrot once again, followed by Dominic and Lilia performing the Paso Doble. The judges voted unanimously as follows:

Craig: John and Nicole

Arlene: John and Nicole

Bruno: John and Nicole

Which meant that Dominic and Lilia would be leaving the competition. With typical good humour Dominic said: "The better man's gone through. I can have a Vindaloo tomorrow night and not have to worry about the consequences."
