MARTIN and ERIN kicked off the contest with a jive to All I Want for Christmas is You. "Martin on fire," said Len "Great rhythm, good posture." "Welcome to the clash of the titans," said Bruno, "You were very hot!" "It's the best I've seen you dance," said Craig. SCORE: 26 (Craig: 6, Arlene: 6, Len: 7, Bruno: 7) ALED and LILIA danced the Samba to a familiar tune, Walking In The Air. "I thought you were terrific," said Craig. "I was really sad to see you weren't in the final". "I saw your hips move tonight," said an impressed Arlene. SCORE: 30 (Craig: 7, Arlene: 7, Len: 8, Bruno: 8) LESLEY and ANTON returned to dance to Silent Night. "Poetry!" said Arlene. "It was like opening the curtains Christmas morning and seeing snow - deep and crisp and even," gushed Len. SCORE: 31 (Craig: 7, Arlene: 8, Len: 8, Bruno: 8) DENISE and IAN performed a quickstep to Sleigh Ride. "I am disappointed you did lifts," said Arlene. But Bruno felt that their overall performance meant he couldn't penalise them for a few illegal moves. "You were like a volcano," he said. "You were amazing, you were an Amazon!" agreed Craig. SCORE: 37 (Craig: 9, Arlene: 9, Len: 9, Bruno: 10) First series' champions NATASHA and BRENDAN danced a foxtrot to Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas. Len was worried the first series couple would have gone off the boil, but was pleased he had been proved wrong. Craig disagreed - "I'm shocked," he said. Arlene conceded that they still had chemistry. SCORE: 33 (Craig: 7, Arlene: 8, Len: 9, Bruno: 9) Finally, second series' champions JILL and DARREN jived to Rocking Around the Christmas Tree. "You rock," said Bruno. "Outstanding," said Craig. "Dynamic, powerful and energetic," gushed Arlene. "They're so great I have to look for the faults, but there's not many in there," said Len.
