CELEBRITY chef James Martin cooked up a treat for shoppers when he called in to a Chesterfield building society.
The Ready Steady Cook heartthrob - and former star of Strictly Come Dancing - helped to celebrate the launch of a new home insurance initiative between The Derbyshire and Royal & SunAlliance.
He found staff at The Derbyshire's Rose Hill branch donning chef's hats in honour of his visit.
James' TV career started in 1996 when he became a regular team member on Ready Steady Cook and he has since appeared in a number of TV shows such as Delicious!, James Martin Sweet and Yorkshire's Finest as well as Castle in the Country and Stately Suppers.
In 2005 he impressed fans with his dancing skills in Strictly Come Dancing and now presents Saturday Kitchen live on BBC One every Saturday.
