Who came top with the judges this week?
This week out contestants had to turn their hand (or should that be feet?) to a dance that they hadn't danced before, but that had already featured in the show. First up was Emma and Darren, dancing a Cha Cha Cha to All Right Now. Emma's outfit and their routine definitely wowed the audience, but what did the judges think? "I found that a little bit disappointing," said Craig. "For me it was full of too many still moments." "For me, you didn't come out and wow me like you usually do," said Len. "It was very nice, it was very naughty... I totally disagree with them," said Bruno. Craig: 7, Arlene: 7, Len: 7, Bruno: 9 = 30 Next were Claire and Brendan with a Tango to Ole Guapa. "You just lacked the passion," said Len. "Sometimes you did lose the chemistry that is necessary for this dance," said Bruno. "I must have been watching a different dance," said Craig. "It was all there." "Real partnership, real song - I liked it," agreed Arlene. Craig: 8, Arlene: 8, Len: 6, Bruno: 7 = 29 Third on the floor were Mark and Karen, dancing a Rumba to I'll Be There Waiting. "You are always sure of all your steps... but act it up a little bit more," said Len. "Passionless, blocking disappointing... occasional hip action. I didn't like it," said Craig. "This dance should show all aspects of love, but this didn't," said Arlene. Craig: 5, Arlene: 6, Len: 8, Bruno: 8 = 27 Carol and Matthew danced their Cha Cha Cha to Dancing In the Moonlight. "I'm smiling tonight - the improvement is remarkable," said Arlene. "The dark horse of the competition is back, coming up on the rails," said Len. Craig: 7, Arlene: 7, Len: 8, Bruno: 8 = 30 Peter and Erin danced a Foxtrot to Something's Got to Give. "Heart, soul, footwork - you get an 'A'," said Arlene, but she didn't like his bodyline. "Tonight was the return of the flying Dutchman," gushed Bruno. "Occasionally you were pigeon-toed," said Craig, "But once you were in hold I thought it was fabulous." Craig: 6, Arlene: 6, Len: 7, Bruno: 7 = 26 Louisa and Vincent were next, with a Tango to Sweet Dreams are Made of This. "Sweet dreams are made of this - that was fabulous," said Arlene. "You captured the flavour of the dance... it was a simpler routine," said Bruno. "Absolutely loved it," said Craig. Craig: 8, Arlene: 9, Len: 9, Bruno: 9 = 36 Finally, Matt and Lilia took to the floor with a Waltz to What a Wonderful World. The judges all loved it. "Absolutely phenomenal," said Craig. "I cannot believe you're a rugby player." "If you continue like this, you deserve a place in the final," said Arlene. "At my age it takes a lot to get me excited and I never thought it would be by a rugby player!" said Len. Craig: 9, Arlene: 9, Len: 10, Bruno: 9 = 37 The judges have had their say, but what do you think?
