Dancing celebrities seem to be all the range at the moment - and ITV has decided to get in on the act and follow in the BBC's footsteps.
After Strictly Come Dancing's surprise success, the commercial broadcaster has come up with its own twist on the format, Dancing On Ice.
Continuing the formula of pairing up less-than-adept celebrities with trained dancers, ITV has also called on the services of Olympic-winning duo Torvill and Dean.
The British skaters last hit the ice in 1998, when they performed in the Canadian Stars on Ice tour, but will link up again to train and offer encouragement to the flailing contestants.
Jayne Torvill seems delighted to be back with Christopher Dean once again, saying: 'It's great working together again. We danced every day for 25 years so to get back together after almost a decade is just brilliant.'
Another former Olympic gold-winner, Kelly Holmes, will be one of the celebs looking to learn from the masters, while former England and Arsenal goalkeeper, David Seaman, TV presenter and producer, Andi Peters, It girl Tamara Beckwith, actress and singer Bonnie Langford and GMTV's Andrea McLean are also set to get frosty.
Coronation Street's Sean Wilson, Fat Friends' Gaynor Faye and Stefan Booth from The Bill complete the line-up for the show, which will be hosted by Holly Willoughby and starts on January 14th.
